What is Reiki?

Reiki is also described as helping to balance the body’s energy centers, or chakras. At its core, Reiki is about creating the conditions for the body to reset, rebalance, and do what it is naturally designed to do—heal itself.

Reiki can help by creating the conditions for your body to relax, reset, and function more efficiently. Research suggests that Reiki may help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain perception.

Circular Breathwork

What is Circular Breathwork

Circular breathwork engages in intentional breathing cycles designed to regulate the nervous system. The practice begins with short, shallow breaths in the upper chest. These rhythmic breaths stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, promoting increased alertness and energy. After several minutes, you transition into deeper diaphragmatic breathing with gentle breath holds, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting relaxation and a sense of calm. Together, these phases help restore balance to the nervous system and teach the body how to recover from stress.

During the session, you will be seated or lying down in a comfortable position while receiving guided instruction through each stage of the breathing cycle. 

Circular Breathwork offers both physiological and energetic benefits. Physically, it engages the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, helping your body learn to navigate stress more effectively—benefits that carry over into daily life with consistent practice.

Energetically, circular breathwork works with the body’s energy centers, or chakras, supporting the release of stored emotions, memories, and trauma. Increasing research highlights how emotional and mental stress can affect the body (e.g., Dr. Gabor Maté), and circular breathing can complement talk therapy by creating space for this release.

Participants often report feeling lighter, calmer, more balanced, and mentally clearer after a session.

Group sessions offer the energy of collective breathing, creating a supportive environment where participants often feel safer letting go and relaxing deeply. These sessions typically last 60–90 minutes.

Individual sessions provide a more personalized experience, allowing for deeper exploration of stored energy, emotional patterns, and personal growth. They include preparatory work, journaling, and focused breathwork, usually lasting around two hours.
